Ashley graduated from the National Dental Assistant Board of Canada in 2008 as a certified dental assistant and moved to the United States in 2010. She began her career with Tranquility Dental Wellness in early 2014, and although she still loves chairside assisting, she has since transitioned into the senior leader for Tranquility Dental Wellness. She is responsible for the business operations at each of our three locations.“I’ve had the pleasure of helping Tranquility Dental Wellness grow from a single-doctor five-chair practice to what it is now, yet the most gratifying part has been forming this truly wonderful team!”When she’s not in the office, Ashley enjoys cooking, traveling, working out, and visiting her close friends and family in British Columbia.
Director of Finance
Tiffany was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She attended both the University of Washington and the Evergreen State College, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science focused in biology and biochemistry. She began working at Tranquility Dental Wellness in July of 2016 as a greeter. She has excelled with the company and moved to a position in finance.On the weekends, she enjoys sunshine, coffee, chocolate and shopping!
Chief Experience Officer & Treatment Coordinator
Wendi was born and raised in Thurston County and joins our team with experience in the medical industry. She enjoys helping each patient feel welcomed, relaxed, comfortable and positive about their experience with our office. Wendi always has a smile on her face and a positive outlook!When she is not in the office, Wendi is a dance instructor and has traveled throughout the world. In her free time, she loves being with her husband and two children.
Kharren was born and raised in the Philippines, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration in management. In 2010, she migrated to the United States with her family and gained her citizenship in 2012. She has had the pleasure of working in the customer service industry for over two years and is such a people person! She treats everyone with the utmost respect and humility. She’s personable and compassionate and has a positive outlook and enjoys the camaraderie of co-workers.Kharren loves to spend quality time with her husband and daughter. Bike riding, trail hiking, swimming and camping are some of the things they love to do as a family. She also enjoys the gym, potlucks with close friends and karaoke.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kaitlyn graduated from Pierce College in 2015. She values patient care and putting the patient’s needs first. Kaitlyn loves that Tranquility Dental Wellness holds the same values. She looks forward to personal growth and expanding her knowledge at our growing practice.
In her spare time, Kaitlyn surrounds herself with family and friends. She loves exploring new places and seeing the world. Kaitlyn also enjoys boating, hiking, kayaking, fishing, crabbing, shrimping, clam digging and anything saltwater related.
Registered Dental Hygienist
TiraLyn is currently working on a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene through Eastern Washington University. She is passionate about volunteering and giving back to those in need. She volunteers at the Union Gospel Mission and has been on mission trips to provide dental care to children in Haiti and Honduras. She is also actively involved in Junior League of Olympia. TiraLyn is an excellent complement to our caring and compassionate style of dentistry.TiraLyn was born in Buffalo, New York, and raised in Tumwater, Washington. She has eight younger siblings. She enjoys kayaking, scuba diving, walking her dog and spending time with her friends and family. She has a son named Jonah and a daughter named Chloe.
Registered Dental Assistant
Brooke truly enjoys working alongside our wonderful dentists and as part of a great team. She graduated from Centralia College and went to Cloverpark Technical College for her dental assisting degree.Brooke loves the summertime since she’s an avid swimmer and paddle boarder. She’s also a huge Fall Out Boy fan and will always be in attendance at any of their concerts!
Kristal graduated from Bates Technical College on May 30, 2019 as a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She has passed the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) national board certification test. As a member of our Tranquility Dental Wellness team, Kristal is very eager to learn and very motivated about dentistry. She loves being a part of our team because of our patient, helpful and friendly team. Kristal also enjoys the warm, welcoming environment at our office.
Family is very important to Kristal. Her older brother has a wife and daughter. Kristal’s mom and younger brother just moved in with her. Kristal’s favorite person is her young son, Cairo. Her little guy is the motivation for everything she does. In her spare time, Kristal enjoys hiking, beaches, museums and anything that can keep her son busy.
Registered Dental Assistant
Petra became a dental assistant in 2006 with the American Red Cross while stationed overseas in Germany. She began working at Tranquility Dental Wellness in September 2015 and loves working chairside, providing the best patient experience possible.Petra and her family settled in Washington after spending 15 years moving around the world with the Army. She has a passion for the U.S. military and has volunteered more than 2,000 hours within the military community.
Hygiene Assistant & Registered Dental Assistant
Mallory joined Tranquility Dental Wellness in 2019. She attended the National School of Dental Assisting in Puyallup, Washington, for her certification. As a hygiene assistant, Mallory is one of the first people our patients see before their cleanings. She takes pride in answering all of our patients’ questions, helping them feel comfortable with our comfort menu and helping them put their fears aside. She enjoys being part of a practice that is patient and supportive, and she appreciates the kindness of our team in taking the time to help her continue to learn and grow. She also enjoys that we are a patient-oriented office and that we take the time to genuinely care for our patients and their comfort.Mallory has two sons. When not in the office, she enjoys taking her boys for walks and hikes and spending time with her family and friends.
